Introducing VIP: Veterinary Impact Practicum

We heard it from new graduates, university partners, and externs: mentorship is the single most important thing for a new veterinarian. So we built VIP — Veterinary Impact Practicum — our most comprehensive new-grad program ever, developed in partnership with IndeVets. Think of it as your all- access pass: structured support, real mentorship, and a cohort of peers in your corner from your very first weeks.

VIP is our 20-week practicum combining self-paced clinical learning, dedicated 1-on-1 mentor calls, and live group cohort sessions — all included. It runs alongside your in practice mentorship, not instead of it.

The result: stronger confidence, better patient care, and a career that hits its stride sooner.
