Our love for pets
We love pets and not just the ones inside the doors of our hospitals. We support countless local animal organizations and contribute funds, goods and services to pets in need around our communities.
Caring for our environment
We take responsibility for the impact we make on our environment. We continue to make improvements to reduce our energy consumption and increase our recycling efforts. Using paperless records, LED lighting, recycling, and cleaning up the community are just a few ways our teams contribute to protecting the environment every year.
Making an impact in our profession
The veterinary profession faces compassion fatigue challenges with the burden of student debt being piled on top. We've dedicated free resources and mentors to veterinary schools to help prepare students for life after vet school. In addition, Encore Vet Group is committed to helping our team members pay back their student debt, provide training and support for compassion fatigue and offer great benefits that help our people live happier, more fulfilling lives.
