Our Consulting Services can help you…
- We offer 6-month and 12-month coaching plans to truly help you succeed! These plans include in-person visits,
weekly virtual calls and consistent support. Based on the strategic plan we build with you and your team after
our initial assessment of your needs, our visit, call cadence and resource support will be tailored to your
practice. - In some cases we are open to coaching projects that require a 3-month timeline such as client experience and
operational efficiency, building out training plans for your team, and similar needs. - The beauty of working with Encore Vet Group is having the benefit of an entire team behind us to support you
and your practice. For example, if your team needs to shift gears on marketing your practice, we have an entire
marketing team who’s got your back!
- We host workshops throughout the year in various cities, including our Ultimate Veterinary CSR Bootcamp
Roadshow. These in-person training events are designed to help veterinary teams sharpen their skills and grow
