Encore was founded by a DVM and is led with the support of our Veterinary Leaders Advisory Board (VLAB).
We built Encore because we felt that the needs of the veterinary industry were not being met by corporate medicine. With decades of experience, we know what works and, more importantly, what doesn’t. Our Veterinary Leaders Advisory Board helps ensure we’re giving veterinarians the resources they deserve.

The Encore Performance Academy hosts a robust online and in-person library of RACE-accredited courses in leadership, business management, medicine, professional development, and communications, designed to grow leaders and build stronger practices. The EPA training style involves collaborating with fellow practice leaders, troubleshooting problems as a group, and participating in unique roleplays to put what you’ve learned into practice.
