Our program creates a psychologically safe environment where participants can learn, grow, and connect with one another.
Through Mentorcore, new grads receive the support and resources they need for both personal and professional growth, guided by trusted animal hospital mentors.

Mentorcore offers a 12-month virtual veterinary mentorship program for new graduates, giving you the chance to dive deep into topics like compassion fatigue in veterinary medicine, learning how to set healthy boundaries, and mastering the art of vet hospital budgeting and forecasting. Say goodbye to imposter syndrome and gain the confidence needed to thrive.
Each mentee is paired with an animal hospital mentor at their home clinic, while also joining a supportive community of peers. This combination of local mentorship and peer connections ensures that you’re equipped with the tools and relationships to succeed in the rewarding world of veterinary medicine.
