My journey began as a customer service representative at Erlanger Veterinary Hospital, where my passion for the field and dedication to customer service quickly became evident. I then became the front desk lead and, not long after, became the Practice Manager, where I remained for eight years.

The pivotal moment in my journey came in March 2021 when our hospital partnered with Encore Vet Group. This partnership provided me with invaluable support and mentorship and opened the doors for my career in ways that exceeded my expectations. I quickly joined the Core Leader program, which allowed me to connect with other hospital leaders, fostering collaboration and providing me with a broader community.

My leadership journey took another significant leap in 2023 when I assumed the role of Leadership Success Coach and became an Encore Performance Academy instructor. These roles allow me to continue growing as a leader and provide me with the privilege of coaching and mentoring other hospital leaders on a one-on-one basis as well as in a classroom setting.  At Encore, we have a mantra – “We are leaders, who grow leaders, who grow leaders,” and I am proud to say I am one of those leaders!
