A Day of Fur, Fun and Community Love!
Wellington Veterinary Hospital hosted a Community Day on June 25th, which was a great success! Animal Friends Alliance was there hosting an adoption event and the Wellington Fire Protection District joined them to showcase their dedication to their community’s safety. Wellington Veterinary Hospital hosted a local groomer to pamper the doggos that visited and they hosted a local dog training company to help provide expert tips for well-behaved and socialized pups!
Dr. Rich and Dr. VanMetre engaged attendees with their informative seminars and manned their booth, sharing their expertise with enthusiasm. The KID FUN ZONE was a hub of excitement, with face painting and a coloring station bringing smiles to little faces. Wellington’s Silent Auction inside the hospital was a resounding success, with generous contributions to the Ellie Mae and Sophie Fund. And last but not least, the guided hospital tours gave attendees an exclusive glimpse behind the scenes of our dedicated team’s work. Community Day at Wellington Veterinary Hospital was a true testament to the strength of their community and their shared love for animals. What an amazing event bringing everyone together!
