Influential Leadership Course Gets a Refresh

April showers didn’t just bring May flowers. They brought practice leaders to Saratoga Springs!

A fantastic group of Medical Director’s and Practice Manager’s attended our first Influential course of the year, May 9-11. This course was recently updated, and its content now encircles Encore’s Focus Four topics: Culture & People, Client Experience, Patient Care, and Practice Health. It is still designed for PMs and MDs (or those growing into those roles), and this first eager group was ready to learn right out of the fate. In our time together, we shared openly, challenged respectfully, and socialized cheerfully, which are part of the magic of being a community of practices – we are better together.

We have three more Influential Leadership courses scheduled in 2023; they will be held in early June, late August, and late October. We believe and invest heavily in leadership and professional development, and we hope to share this passion with you in our EPA classroom!
