Tracy Sears brings a wealth of experience to Encore and its partnering hospitals with a diverse background in operations, finance, marketing, human resources, and sales. As the former director of an accredited trade school and with experience in veterinary support centers, Tracy has a proven track record in managing teams and improving process flows. She is an asset to effective decision-making, project management, and execution of strategic initiatives. Creativity is where Tracy shines. If you need help making the ordinary, extraordinary, the marketing team at Encore Vet Group is ready to help! Tracy is passionate about values-based marketing and the client and employee experience. In her free time, Tracy enjoys photography, landscaping (pulling weeds), and spending time with her family and two dogs on her farm (just fruits & veggies)!
