Shawn started his IT Career in 2017 for an O365 for Business Support office where he helped develop several key positions. He then moved on to be the Assistant Systems Manager for a nonprofit organization supporting individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities before starting at Encore Vet Group in late December 2020.
Here at Encore Shawn resolves incidents, coordinates on IT projects, and helps to develop new innovative ideas based on the latest technological advancements.

Shawn has had dogs his entire life, all small breeds. At one time he had six little ones running around!
