Nicole initially joined the company’s HR team in late 2019, bringing a wealth of experience in financial and HR operations. Over time, she transitioned to her current role as Director of Finance Shared Services, where she focuses on optimizing bill pay processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Since assuming this role, she has skillfully reinforced core HR fundamentals and led key initiatives, leveraging her expertise to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making. Her ability to blend financial knowledge with HR insights uniquely positions her to deliver impactful solutions and enhance organizational performance.

Outside of work, Nicole resides in Upstate NY with her two children, beloved dog Dixie, and cat Cassie. She cherishes family time, especially camping and hiking adventures. Nicole is passionate about teamwork and continuously seeks opportunities to enhance processes and foster a positive team environment.
