Molly Egan

Molly Egan is one of our new Field Marketing Specialists, bringing years of hands-on hospital experience to her new role! She joined Animal Hospital of Shawnee Hills in 2013 and worked her way from the front desk to Compliance Officer, managing medical record compliance, staff scheduling, and social media & marketing to keep the hospital running smoothly and living up to the highest standards.

That same passion for operations, client experience, and community connection now fuels her work across the Encore community. As Field Marketing Specialist, Molly will support the practices in the Leo Pack to develop and execute local marketing strategies that attract new clients, strengthen client retention, build employer branding for recruiting, and drive measurable practice growth. She works alongside hospital teams to create social media and digital content, support community outreach, analyze marketing performance, and roll out initiatives that elevate each practice’s brand.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys time with her husband John, daughter Olive, and their cats Nibbles, Punky and Poppy, plus any excuse to browse the aisles at the hardware store.
