Madison Purcell

HR Business Partner

Madison started her career in human resources shortly after graduating from Le Moyne College in May of 2019. As a Human Resources Coordinator, she supports the new hospital acquisition process, onboarding of new hires, and other day-to-day functions within the department.

Growing up playing sports which led her to play basketball in college, Madison values a work environment in which team members are all performing to achieve the same common goals. The idea of helping others daily while creating efficiencies along the way is what inspires her in the HR field.

Outside of work Madison enjoys eating ice cream, working out, and watching sports! Her favorite place to vacation is Hilton Head Island, SC.
