HR Business Partner
Madison joined the Encore human resources team in 2020, driven by her excitement about working in the veterinary field. Starting as an HR Coordinator, she played a vital role in supporting the daily needs of employees and managers and facilitating the onboarding process for partner hospitals.
In her current position as an HR Business Partner, Madison collaborates with practice leaders and team members to provide strategic guidance on HR initiatives and policies and foster a positive workplace environment.
Having grown up playing sports and competing as a collegiate basketball player, Madison understands the importance of teamwork in achieving common goals. She is inspired by the opportunity to support others and create efficiencies in the HR field.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys embracing the diverse seasons of the Northeast, spending her summers golfing and her winters skiing.
