Senior Learning & Development Specialist
Jennifer Hoffman is the Senior Learning & Development Specialist at Encore, with more than seven years of experience in learning and development, talent development, and performance management. She enjoys creating engaging training and onboarding experiences that help individuals build skills, confidence, and strong team connections. Jennifer has led learning initiatives for distributed healthcare teams, including onboarding, leadership development, and mentorship programs that support both individual and organizational growth.
Prior to joining Encore, Jennifer worked as an independent performance consultant and previously served as Director of Coach Development for a digital health organization, where she led training programs and built learning strategies for a remote team of healthcare professionals. Her background also includes experience supporting veterinary hospice care coordination and working with marine animals early in her career.
Outside of work, Jennifer is a mom of three daughters (including twins), a certified personal trainer, and an avid runner who enjoys CrossFit, boxing, rucking events, and endurance races. She stays active with her two Siberian Huskies, who make sure there is never a dull moment.
