HR Core Support Specialist
Before working for Encore, Haylie was the Senior Leave of Absence Specialist for the third-largest employer in the United States. Since joining Encore, her responsibilities have broadened, including leaves of absence to assist with benefits, payroll, onboarding, and other day-to-day administrative tasks.
Haylie lives in Orange County, California, with two dogs and six cats. She loves watching the Los Angeles Rams play football with her little farm of pets (they even have their own jerseys)!
She played volleyball throughout high school and for two years in college, where she broke three college records and was ranked 3rd in her position throughout the state of California.
