Erica brings more than 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR, with a proven track record of developing collaborative, people-centered recruitment strategies and guiding teams through periods of organizational growth with clarity and purpose.

Prior to joining Encore, Erica served in key recruiting leadership roles at Kelly, supporting multiple U.S. markets and leading high-performing teams. Her work focused on coaching recruiters, strengthening hiring operations, and building scalable workforce solutions that meaningfully impacted performance.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys life in Myrtle Beach, SC, where she lives with her husband and their lively crew of pets—three corgis and a sassy (but undeniably adorable) cat. She loves spending time at the beach, taking the dogs on long walks, trying new recipes, and relaxing with friends and family.
