Prior to coming to Encore, Devin worked in operations and strategic planning, and received her MBA in 2018.

In her role as Director of Practice Orientation, Devin supports our oncoming practices and their teams through all phases of the partnership process. Devin connects your team to our team – and all of the valuable resources available through Encore – and will give you the confidence you need to seamlessly partner.

Devin lives in Saratoga Springs, NY with her husband, Matt, and two sons, Liam & Patrick. They have two cats, Finnbar and Moose, who used to rule the house before the kids came along.
