Courtney has over 10 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and has been a part of the veterinary field for 4 years. She started her career recruiting for doctors in human healthcare and was excited at the opportunity to pursue recruiting in the Veterinary space. She is passionate about playing professional matchmaker and helping both candidates and hospitals grow to provide high quality medicine and care for the animals in their communities.

Prior to Encore, she helped support Veterinary recruiting for General Practice, Urgent Care, and Emergency Veterinarians. Her goal is to use this experience to help support search efforts for all of the practices she supports.

In her free time, Courtney loves to hike, golf, travel, and spend time with her family and German Shepherd, Maverick.
