Courtney Klein came to Encore with more than 10 years of pet industry experience and nearly 20 years in the marketing field. Most recently, she oversaw marketing for a group of 18 veterinary practices in Upstate New York. She is passionate about helping animal hospitals connect with pet owners and become true members of their communities.
Courtney lives in Rochester, NY, with her husband and two children. When she’s not working, you can find her traveling with her family, watching her son play lacrosse or looking for the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe with her daughter.
