Strategic Partnership Manager

Claude was born in Buffalo, NY, and moved to Orlando, FL, at a young age. He currently lives in Tampa Bay, FL with his wife Michelle, their two dogs Tori and Tatum, and their cat Creamy. Together they have 4 daughters and 5 grandchildren.

Claude has worked in the veterinary industry since 1985 in both sales and sales leadership roles. His passion is positioning others for professional success by way of servant leadership and extreme ownership principles.

In his role at Encore, Claude plans and hosts our learning environments encompassing both of these leadership principles. He takes great pride in organizing our educational events from inception through completion to ensure our practice teams have an outstanding learning experience.
