Throughout her career, Brenda has been a passionate advocate for leveraging technology to enhance veterinary services. She is known for her ability to integrate cutting-edge solutions that streamline operations and improve patient care. Her forward-thinking mindset has led to the successful adoption of numerous innovative practices within the clinics she has worked with. 

As a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) and a member of several industry organizations, including the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA) and the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), Brenda remains at the forefront of industry trends and best practices. She is a sought-after speaker, Facilitator, and consultant, sharing her insights and expertise at conferences, veterinary study groups, and workshops nationwide. 

In her role as the Director of Growth and Innovation at Encore Vet Group, Brenda is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that promote growth and enhance the delivery of veterinary care across the organization’s network of practices, as well as with independent consulting practices. Her leadership is characterized by a collaborative approach, focusing on empowering teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Brenda lives in the Savannah, GA area with her husband, Jose’ Luis and son, Jacob.
