Bo Iler

President & Chief Executive Officer

Bo’s journey in the Veterinary profession began four decades ago working in the kennels of his hometown practice in North Carolina. Since then, his career has grown through various leadership roles in manufacturing, distribution, and business development. Since co-founding Encore in 2018, he has led Development and Operations, moving into the role of President and COO in 2023.  

Bo enjoys life with his wife, Lisa, their Bernese Mountain Dog, Murphy, along with their cat, Leo. They spend time traveling to visit their grown children and new grandson.

Bo’s experience, passion, and leadership are a driving force behind Encore’s purpose to inspire the spirit and effectiveness of veterinary teams in our community of practices.
