HR Associate
Alexis brings more than seven years of experience in progressive Human Resources roles, where she has supported teams across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, workplace safety, and employee relations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University.
A South Jersey native, Alexis lives just minutes from the Jersey Shore and enjoys spending as much time as possible by the beach during the warmer months, with her husband and family. Outside of work, she stays happily busy with their two young daughters, Layla and Nora, along with the family’s goldendoodle, Leo.
As a lifelong animal lover, Alexis is excited to support the Encore team in any way she can. She is especially grateful to join the Leave Team, where she looks forward to combining her HR background with a thoughtful, compassionate approach to help ensure every team member feels supported during life’s most important moments.
