Paola Gainey

Paola Gainey joins Encore Vet Group as our Field Marketing Specialist, bringing a unique blend of veterinary, marketing, and client experience expertise. She joins us from Reynolda Veterinary Hospital, where she served as their Tech Team Lead and Marketing Coordinator, helping enhance the client experience through digital marketing, outstanding community engagement, and creative practice initiatives.

Her passion for helping practices grow and sharing innovative ideas led to her appointment to Encore’s Marketing Committee, where she collaborated to develop marketing best practices and support company-wide initiatives. Her leadership, creativity, and commitment to practice success naturally led her to join the Growth Team.

As Field Marketing Specialist, Paola partners directly with Encore hospitals to develop and execute local marketing strategies that attract new clients, strengthen client retention, build employer branding for recruiting, and drive measurable practice growth. She works alongside hospital teams to create compelling social media and digital content, capture photo and video assets, support community outreach, analyze marketing performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement innovative initiatives that elevate each practice’s brand. By combining data-driven strategy with hands-on, in-practice support, she helps hospitals create extraordinary experiences for clients, patients, and veterinary professionals alike.

Paola is currently pursuing her education in veterinary technology, further expanding her clinical knowledge while continuing to grow her marketing expertise. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband, Taylor, their daughter, Maeve, and her beloved pets, Hurley, Haru, Keiko, Honey Lemon, Yuki, and Mei Mei.
