Administrative Support to SLT – Operations
Jocelyn Cabezas brings six years of customer service experience to her role at Encore, where she is known for her empathy, strong communication skills, and commitment to delivering high quality support. As Administrative Support to the Senior Leadership Team in Operations, Jocelyn works closely with leadership and team members to help drive shared goals forward and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Jocelyn is passionate about understanding and supporting people through a human-centered approach. She lives in El Salvador with her husband, their son, and their dog, Molly.
Did you know?
At the age of 18, Jocelyn was a beauty queen in one of the cities in El Salvador. As part of her community project, and with the support of the local municipality, she helped create a daycare center in one of the municipal markets, providing a safe and supportive space for children while their parents worked.
