Feneitz Somoina’s connection to veterinary medicine runs deep — her father was a veterinarian, and she grew up surrounded by the rhythms of animal care and farm life. Her upbringing instilled in her a lasting appreciation for the empathy, precision, and resilience that define the profession. Today, as a Recruiting and Talent Attraction Specialist at Encore Vet Group, she brings that same mindset to her work, helping our locally led practices attract and engage top veterinary talent.
Feneitz blends her early roots with a dynamic professional background that spans finance, full-cycle recruiting, marketing strategy, and project management. Known for her calm presence and meticulous attention to detail, she supports hiring efforts with care, clarity, and a strong sense of purpose.
Outside of work, Feneitz is a creative at heart. She’s a multilingual gardening enthusiast with a growing interest in ceramics and dreams of one day running her own working farm. Her constant companion is Jasper — a charming, slightly bossy cat who proudly takes the lead on their daily walks.
