Encore Vet Group Names Lance Sprinkle President and Chief Executive Officer
The former President of EVG assumes the position as CEO Ted Sprinkle, DVM transitions into the Executive Chairman role.
January 4, 2022 – Encore Vet Group is pleased to announce that Lance Sprinkle has assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer, as former CEO Ted Sprinkle transitions into the Executive Chairman role. Having spent the last 20 years in corporate veterinary leadership roles, Lance brings deep veterinary leadership experience to the CEO role. He has spent significant time successfully guiding veterinary finance, operations, and development teams. Lance has dedicated his career to helping veterinary practices grow sustainably and fostering strong local leaders within practices. His approach is one of true partnership – his core belief is that cultivating a healthy culture through mentorship is pivotal to creating and nurturing successful veterinary hospitals.
