As a member of Encore’s human resources team, Nancy brings deep expertise in both strategic planning and hands on execution, playing a pivotal role in supporting the company’s expansion through organic growth and acquisitions.
With a career spanning public and private sectors, Nancy has successfully led HR operations in multi-state, multi-jurisdictional environments for organizations ranging from 150 to 3,000 employees. Her industry experience includes golf and hospitality management, telecommunications, state government, franchised automotive care, mortgage services, staffing, and healthcare. Known for her initiative, strategic planning, and ability to build scalable HR infrastructures, Nancy has consistently delivered results in complex and fast-paced settings.
Outside of work, Nancy rides horses and shares a home with a spoiled blue-headed Pionus parrot who rules the roost with royal flair.
