Manager of Facility Operations and Capital Projects
In his role as Manager, Facility Operations and Capital Projects, Jeff Couture leads facility maintenance operations and large-scale facility projects, partnering with our practice leaders to ensure their practices remain safe, efficient, and aligned with their growth strategy.
Jeff brings more than 20 years of experience in facilities leadership, maintenance management, and capital improvement planning. He is a Certified Health Facility Manager (CHFM) and holds an OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Safety certification, reflecting his strong commitment to safety and operational excellence. Jeff has also completed the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) training through the Project Management Institute, strengthening his project leadership capabilities.
Jeff is a New Hampshire native – he’s got the accent to prove it! – and now lives in sunny Belleview, Florida. He has three grown boys and enjoys spending time with his family and friends!

Jeff also enjoys football and has coached at the semi-pro level for 7 years. He has spent the last 5 years officiating high school football. GO STEELERS!
