Amy joins us from a human health care company, bringing with her over 25 years of extensive experience across multiple public and private healthcare verticals. Her career encompasses a broad range of sectors including physician practice management, long-term care, transitional care, therapy, home health/hospice, dental, and special needs care. Amy’s specialties include operations management, performance enhancement, acquisition assimilation, De-Novo projects, cross-functional team leadership, compliance and financial health.

Amy’s proven track record highlights her exceptional ability to launch new ventures and reinvigorate established teams, always with a strong focus on financial health, patient care, and employee engagement. Her leadership style is rooted in the principles of servant leadership, and she is deeply passionate about inspiring and leading teams to achieve their highest potential. Amy’s previous roles include serving as Chief Operating Officer in human healthcare and dentistry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and a master’s degree in Communication Disorders from Marshall University.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she loves spending time with her husband, Richie, on their farm in Western North Carolina. Together, they have 9 Kunekune pigs, 2 rescued horses, 5 miniature Sicilian Donkeys, 7 Nigerian Dwarf Goats, 2 Great Pyrenees, 1 Australian Labradoodle, and 2 cats.
