Alex Andryszak, DVM

Dr. Alex Andryszak brings a wealth of clinical expertise and leadership experience to the Encore community. A 2016 graduate of the University of Glasgow in Scotland, he has since served in a variety of high-demand roles, including Medical Director at Magnolia Veterinary Hospital, a hybrid GP and ER Encore practice. He has also contributed significantly to Encore’s medical excellence as a member of the Medical Advisory Council and former Core Medical Director.

Known for his strong work ethic and collaborative spirit, Dr. A is passionate about client education, team communication, and building confidence across medical and support staff. He wants to spread happiness and fulfillment across the field and wants to see people excel in this profession. He thrives in dynamic environments with diverse and challenging caseloads, and is committed to creating a fun, focused, and supportive workplace.

Whether he’s guiding teams through complex cases or stepping in wherever support is needed, Alex is a “get-to-it” veterinarian who brings energy, efficiency, and heart to every hospital he partners with. As a Field Support Veterinarian, you may see him helping out at your practice!

Alex has a sense of adventure that he fills with hiking, fishing, and travelling the world with his lovely wife.
