Kathleen Tricarick joined the HR team at Encore in 2022, with the specific mission to enhance the support and communication for employees on leaves of absence. Kathleen swiftly rose to the challenge, revolutionizing the approach by insourcing leave management services and developing an internal capability that provides exceptional, white-glove service to employees facing crises.

Her commitment and success in transforming leave management have led to an expansion in her responsibilities, which now include managing employment risk, addressing work-related injuries, and overseeing the liability insurance program. Additionally, Kathleen serves emergency hospitals as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), where she continues to demonstrate her deep commitment to employee welfare and organizational integrity. Her leadership responsibilities have expanded further to include leading the payroll team, adding another critical dimension to her role in enhancing employee support across the organization.
