Tiffany Consalvo is a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) with over two decades of experience. Beginning her journey in 2000, Tiffany’s leadership has set new standards, excelling in financial management and team building. A VHMA Board Director in 2018, Tiffany is also an active member of AAHA and the founder of Veterinary Management Solutions.

Recognized as the 2017 Practice Manager of the Year by the Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association, Tiffany has extended her impact through speaking engagements at Patterson University since 2021. Certified in DiSC and compassion fatigue (CCFP), she’s passionate about effective communication within veterinary teams, which is evident in her success.
