Cyd is a global HR executive with 20+ years of high tech, veterinary diagnostic labs, and staffing industry experience, with an MS in Business Administration and strategic HR certifications. She has held various roles spanning head of HR, strategic global HR business partner, and managing centers of excellence and operations. Partnering with executives in Business Units, Sales and Marketing, Product Development, Manufacturing and all Corporate functions, she has led organization development and change management initiatives. Leading HR at the corporate and site levels for public and private organizations, she brings people strategies and a unique perspective on human capital to executives and employees throughout the corporate lifecycles from growth to acquisition integration and restructuring.

As an agile leader and lifelong learner, she navigates challenges with a positive outlook while translating business vision into HR initiatives that improve performance, profitability, capability, and employee engagement. She infuses a collaborative values-driven culture where employees leverage their talents and feel like they belong.
