Candiss has worked in the veterinary industry for 15 years. Before joining Encore, she was the Director of Operations for Foresight Veterinary Partners (a multi-hospital organization) based out of Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Candiss has a diverse background having studied Hospital Administration in human medicine and getting her graduate degree with a focus in human resources.

Candiss’s purpose and mission is to work within hospitals to learn their unique skills and culture. She enjoys getting to know each individual and their interests, and driving their growth plan for the future. Helping people realize their passions and focus on achieving desired results with and through their fellow team members is the essence of the why behind what she does every day.

Everyone has the tools to be successful but how we use those tools and support the development of leaders is the difference in the success of a practice.
