Alanna ventured into the Veterinary Industry over a decade ago and has never looked back. She previously held administrative positions at emergency, specialty, and GP veterinary hospitals, and now utilizes her skills and dedication to helping pets and the humans that care for them as a Talent Acquisition Partner.

Mental health and well-being within the Veterinary Industry is something Alanna is passionate about, she is determined to educate, advocate, and support others in an effort to change the conversation around suicide and lower the staggering statistics within our amazing industry. She is proud to be a volunteer for the New England Chapter of NOMV and looks forward to continuing to contribute to their amazing mission. Alanna is elated to join the Encore Vet Group team, and is excited to help the hospital teams, their practices, and the Veterinary Industry as a whole thrive!

Alanna lives in Cumberland Foreside Maine with her four-legged kiddo Louka Codi and enjoys meditating, baking, and walking various trails with Louka in her free time.
