Bye, bye, student debt

Bye, bye, student debt

The AVMA published statistics showing the average debt of veterinary graduates continues to soar over $167,000 while some care debt loads over $400,000. The veterinary profession faces compassion fatigue challenges with the burden of student debt being piled on top. We've been listening, and we need to do our part to help our people overcome these challenges. Encore Vet Group is committed to helping our Veterinarians and Credentialed Veterinary Technicians by paying off their student debt.

Introducing the Student Debt Freedom Award

TWO student debt balances
paid off every month

We created the Student Debt Freedom Award to significantly impact the lives of Veterinarians and Credentialed Veterinary Technicians who face extreme student debt and burnout challenges. By paying off the student debt for one Veterinarian and one CVT every month, Encore Vet Group hopes to help team members live happier and more fulfilling lives.

Making an impact

We've been listening and we hear you. We know how much of a burden student debt can be in the veterinary profession. We are here to help. Encore Vet Group estimates paying over $2.5 million in student debt contributions in the next year for winners of the Student Debt Freedom Award.

Encore seems to constantly surprise me in the well thought out signs of appreciation. It is not surprising that the level of debt many of us are facing is a constant weight on our shoulders, but most companies ignore it. That’s where Encore seems to be one step ahead of the competition. To not only acknowledge it, but to help even one veterinarian remove that burden is insane.
