We've been listening, and we need to do our part to help our people overcome these challenges. Encore seems to constantly surprise me in the well thought out signs of appreciation. It is not surprising that the level of debt many of us are facing is a constant weight on our shoulders, but most companies ignore it. That’s where Encore seems to be one step ahead of the competition. To not only acknowledge it, but to help even one veterinarian remove that burden is insane.
