Director of Medical Success
Dr. Vicki Myers was born and raised in Queens, NY. She knew at a very early age her passion for animals and dedication to their care. She received her Bachelors in Animal Science from Cornell University in then went on to receive her DVM from Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. Vicki worked for 17 years at a humane organization providing high-quality care to underserved communities. There, she began her multi-unit leadership journey and held several roles training direct reports and interns on HQHVSN techniques, coaching and mentoring DVMs at both the brick and mortar and mobile veterinary clinics.
Most recently, Dr. Myers led a team of veterinarians and medical leaders at 27 hospitals spanning 4 states in New England. Along with Vicki’s focus on promoting high-quality medicine and surgery, she is enlivened by inspiring and motivating leaders to achieve operational and cultural excellence. A focus dear to her heart is equity, inclusion, and diversity and creating a pipeline in the communities and within the veterinary schools.
In her role as Director of Medical Success, Vicki will support hospital leadership teams and medical directors navigate through a team leadership approach.
Dr. Myers lives in Monroe, CT with her husband, David, and their 3 teenagers (David, Sydney, and Kaili). To complete the pack, is their rambunctious 10-year-old kitty, Brooklyn. On the weekend, you may find Vicki hanging with the family enjoying movie nights, baking, and binge-watching HGTV shows.

Vicki scored a 100 on National Latin exam in 11th grade. “Verbum sapienti satis”
