Seth Biase
Talent Acquisition Sourcer

I was born and raised in Westlake Village, California. I attended UC Santa Barbara and graduated in 2016 with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Sociology. Between High School and College I spent 5 consecutive summers working at 2 different Jewish Summer camps; one of which I spearheaded and ran the media and videography department in New Hampshire.

For the years following my graduation from UCSB, I moved back to my hometown of Westlake Village, CA and worked in the Television Production industry for about 3 years. During this time period, I worked as a production assistant on many shows including Who’s Line Is It Anyway?, Bill Nye Saves the World on Netflix, 25 Words or Less on Fox, and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. I worked for the art department as a wrangler on multiple Honda Commercials, a Nike Reactive commercial, as well as on the NHL documentary, “Puck Tales” with Wayne Gretzky. I also worked as a private contractor as an Assistant Engineer and Tech representative for Crimson studios in Chatsworth on the set of Rob Dyrdek’s “Awesomeness”. Before joining Encore, I worked in Business Development for a large veterinary corporate group, before moving on to Talent sourcing.
