Rich Colucciello comes to Encore with over 20 years of Finance experience in various industries. He started his career serving as an officer in the US Army and has since worked for both public and private companies. Rich worked on several acquisitions and dispositions of companies. In his last 2 roles, he helped AMRI transition from a public to private company and led SCA Pharma through a private sale.
Rich will serve as the Senior Director of FP&A, directing the organization’s financial processes that support planning, reporting and compliance. He chose Encore to work with an outstanding finance team and be part of a company with an excellent reputation and amazing culture.
Rich resides in Glenville, NY and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
