Kerri Rogers
Executive Assistant, CEO

A native Floridian and graduate of Florida State University, Kerri previously worked in fashion, hospitality & event planning in New York City. Most recently, at The Four Seasons Restaurant and The Modern as the Special Events Manager.  After a decade of big city living, Kerri relocated to upstate New York to pursue peace & quiet, along with more fulfilling professional ventures.  Once introduced to Encore’s mission, values, and incredible team, she knew it was the perfect fit.

In her role as Executive Assistant, Kerri is here to help! As support for both the CEO and the partnership development team, she has one goal: to make her colleague’s lives easier.  Through communication and coordination, she keeps the team organized and efficient, focusing their efforts on growth and partnership opportunities.

Kerri and her husband, Dan, live in Saratoga with their rescue pup, Nova, and are expecting their first child, a little girl, in November.  When not working,  you can find them in the great outdoors- boating, paddle boarding, camping, or hiking and when forced to be indoors, she enjoys cooking, baking, reading, and doing yoga.
